Roasted rump of Scottish lamb Roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables, toasted garlic and port wine sauce .

Mediterranean vegetable and mozzarella stack with cous cous and Napoli sauce.

Breast of chicken “Normande” In a creamy cider and Cognac sauce with Dauphinoise potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Ragout of seafood

Scottish salmon, smoked cod and king prawns in a herb and white wine sauce, timbale of rice and fresh vegetables.

Classic dessert of meringues Chantilly cream and berry compote.
