Walking Group

The Village Walk on Monday 29th August will be from Glen Ogle to Killin, finishing at the Falls of Dochart Inn for fish and chips (or something else if you insist). It is basically a flat, then downhill walk through woodland. It should take under 2 hours.

Meet at Field of Hope at 10:00 then drive to Glen Ogle. Some cars will go on to Killin for the return journey.  Dogs are able to run free on this walk.village Walk

Walks are usually held on the last Monday of each month starting on Easter Monday 28th March. 

We would like to stress that none of the walks will be boot camp marches. The idea is to have a pleasant morning out in the fresh air enjoying the scenery and wildlife, taking photographs and hopefully having a picnic or ending up with a coffee and snack somewhere.

Normally we’ll meet at The Field of Hope at about 9.45am. (though this can vary as on this occassion) and either walk from there or take cars to a starting point. We intend to make some of the walks suitable for anyone with a buggy.
