A mere month into the year and the Achray House Hotel has seen exciting changes, now boasting a brand new owner-management team, Laura and Panu, while Brad and Zelda move onto other adventures.
Laura grew up in Scotland, and her background includes hospitality and hiking activities. She plans to build on past ventures, such as a hiking holiday business in Finalborgo, Italy, to extend the experiences of guests to the Achray House Hotel. Valentine’s dinner is an opportunity to find out all about Laura’s exciting previous life!
Panu Lehti is originally from Finland, but he’s lived in France, Italy, Germany and the UK. His background includes managing consumer companies and property development, being a skipper on super yachts, and providing comprehensive holiday experiences for mountain lovers in the Alps and for outdoor enthusiasts in Italy. Panu looks forward to promoting St Fillans as an outdoors destination.
