Haggis bonbons - Filled with Irn Bru® chili jam, deep-fried and served on pickled neep spaghetti and chili jam

Ham Hough terrine - With toasted slices of brioche and mustard mint crème fraiche.

Clansman Spare Ribs - 550g of spare ribs, chips, mushrooms, tomatoes and barbeque sauce

Crusty Oven-Baked Hake - Hazelnut, thyme & lemon crusted, served on cherry tomatoes and spinach, with herb & lemon butter

Sticky toffee pudding (v) - Oven baked date pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream

Trio of Scottish cheese - Sgriob Ruadh Mull Cheddar, Scottish Brie, Peppered Crowdie, served with preserved fig and Kenmore oatcakes
