Evening Nature Walk
Join us for a walk from St Fillans to Comrie on the evening of Saturday 1st April. We will walk from St Fillans following the new all-purpose track to Dalchonzie and from there we will take the back road and go off-piste to walk by the riverside. Here we will sit for a while as sunset approaches in the hope of catching a glimpse of an Otter or Beaver, or who knows, maybe both!
When it gets too dark to see anymore, we will continue along the road to Comrie for a well-earned drink (or 2) at the Royal Hotel pub. We will then get on the VERY FIRST BUS of the new Saturday night service at 22.06 back to St Fillans. We really hope the bus arrives!
This walk is aimed at members of the Gardening and Nature Group, but is open to all.
Please bring waterproofs, some water, binoculars (if you have them) and please wear sturdy shoes or boots for walking which you don't mind getting muddy or wet.
We will meet at the bottom of Station Road at 5.30pm.
Don't forget your BFH!
Andrea
