Cheese and wine

To the many people we have met since we have been in St Fillans (and to the few that we have not had the pleasure of meeting as yet)

We would like to host a small gathering at the Achray House Hotel this coming Sunday (17^th May) at 5:30 pm. and offer a cheese and wine evening to 56 people from St Fillans (that is how many we can accommodate in the bar/restaurant) to say a small “Thank You” for welcoming us to St Fillans with such warmth and hospitality. We have made some great friends since having arrived here on the 26^th January, and with us only been trading from the 12^th February we already feel part of the community. 

Unfortunately, working within the space constraints we have we will only be able to accommodate 56 people so we would like to work on a booking system via email responses. We will respond to each email with a confirmation mail and work off the first 56 yes reply’s we get.

On arrival will be a glass of bubbly and then we will be sampling 5 wines during the evening. Tim Mossee from IEC Wines (he supplies the hotel with the full range of wines) will be giving a brief talk and explanation of each of the wines we will be sampling

Beers and spirits will be available via the bar, as usual, should any of you wish to supplement your alcohol consumption.
