Gin Experience

We’re approaching the end of another successful year at Achray House Hotel and wish to thank everyone who supported us during 2016. Your patronage is much appreciated.

With the festive season looming, we’re planning a special evening of merriment at the Achray House. In line with trends in the hospitality industry, we’re celebrating Gin’s growing popularity as a fashionable accompaniment to any occasion. We’re lucky to have a connection with Strathearn Distillery, based almost on our doorstep, and will be co-hosting a Gin Experience Evening with them at the Achray House Hotel. The evening will also serve to introduce the range of Strathearn Gins to be retailed from our bar in future.

This Gin Experience is scheduled for Sunday 27 November, commencing at 6:30 pm, with a Gin Cocktail welcome drink and Canapés, before proceeding with the rest of the gin and tonic tasting experience, sampling a number of Gins and Tonics. The evening will be rounded off with a nightcap and light finger snacks. We expect to finish around 21h30. During the course of the evening Strathearn Distillery co-owner will offer some interesting facts and experiences from his time in the industry, so this is your chance to find out all you can about the world of Gin!

This entails an exclusive event at the Achray House Hotel for the evening of 27 November. A Cover Charge of £15.00 per person will apply and a maximum of 30 people can be accommodated for this event. Booking is therefore essential.
